Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Handle end-to-end bookkeeping duties through to the trial balance stage
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely processing
• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash transactions
• Compile and submit VAT documentation within statutory deadlines
• Keep financial records current using appropriate accounting software
• Carry out Microsoft Office tasks such as creating schedules, drafting letters, and preparing responses for audits
• Assist with day-to-day office management, including filing, diary coordination, and correspondence
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed
• Administer trust-related tasks, including preparing documents, lodging them with the Masters Office, and tracking progress until completion
