Role Overview
The role of OUTsurance Broker is to grow and develop the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short‑term insurance. The incumbent will sell personal lines and commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate.Own a reliable vehicle with uninterrupted access.Valid code B driver’s licence.3 years of external sales experience in a face‑to‑face selling environment.Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors.Preferred Experience
Previous experience as a FAIS representative is non‑negotiable :
FAIS credits / Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on DOFA).RE5 (depending on DOFA).Additional Information
OUTsurance Broker will report directly to the OUTsurance Brokers Regional Manager and work closely with the wider commercial team.
