The purpose of the Production Team Leader is to ensure accurate reporting on machines, secondary responsibilities for all processes on the shift, meeting operating requirements, managing waste streams, and Level 1 team management.

• Technical process skills
• Mechanical ability
• Assist in Fault Diagnosis and Repair, Root Cause Analysis (5Y) Completion
• Health, safety & quality
• Knowledge of all the machines operating

Qualification : Matric (Grade 12)

N2 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering advantageous

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience within beverage and bottling industry

People management and leadership skills

Preferably experience within the FMCG industry
