Customer Experience Specialist

What we're looking for
InfoDocs is looking for someone passionate about great customer service to join our fast growing team and customer base. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of InfoDocs, providing exceptional support to our network of business owners and professionals.
Responsibilities
- Replying to client emails and taking calls
- Giving demos and training sessions
- Writing Help Desk articles
- Collaborate with the team to resolve new issues
- Keep an eye out for areas of improvements and make suggestions
Requirements
Experience in some form of customer service (hospitality, receptionist, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsTech-savvy and comfortable with digital platformsReliable and consistent work ethicTime management skills to handle multiple tasks effectivelyReliable computer and high-speed internet connectionBonus
Previous experience in customer service (ideally, in a startup)Familiarity with the professional services industry (accounting, finance, law)Currently pursuing studies in a related field (LLB, Bcom Accounting)Experiencing using CRM and ticketing systems (Jira Atlassian, Hubspot ect)Be part of a team that is making a lasting impact on the South African economyCollaborate with a dedicated team to build a truly exceptional productEnjoy flexible work arrangements and the option to work remotelyAbout Us
