- Ensure adherence to industry requirements and confidentiality; maintain high-quality client service and professional communication.
Qualifications
Matric essential; conveyancing certificate or relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.At least 5 years of experience as a Conveyancing Secretary focused on bond registrations and cancellations in a law firm environment.Strong knowledge of Deeds Office processes and lodgment timelines.Proficiency in MS Office and legal software (e.g., Lexis Convey or equivalent).Excellent English; Afrikaans or another SA language is beneficial.Ability to work independently with strong time management and attention to detail.Skills & Competencies
