Strong understanding of various bakery processes, including bread, pastry and confectionary commercial production. Ability to adapt recipes and troubleshoot baking challenges. Excellent business English. Professional to train and demonstrate to Clients. Planning. Health and Safety. Valid drivers licence. Ability to travel to customer sites nationally and internationally.
