CORE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all administrative related functions and to provide support to Sales Logistics and Depot Management.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all administrative related functions
- Invoicing
- Provide assistance to the sales admin staff
- Assist with tracking and monitoring of COD payments
- Assist with sales related queries and opportunities advertised and promoted on social media
- Assist customers with queries provide support and resolve issues related to sales and orders
- Assist with the management of COA queries
- Perform administrative tasks relating to stock taking and stock control
- Compiling reports
- Maintain and update sales records customer information and order details
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12Qualification in administration sales or marketing would be an advantageMin 2-3 years relevant experienceKnowledge and experience of SYSPRO and SAGE will be an added advantageMedically fitComputer literacyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsCustomer service orientatedTeam playerKEY SKILLS
