Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process : from job brief, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, to offer management.
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Use a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, ATS systems) to source candidates.
- Assess candidates skills, experience, and culture fit through CV review, interviews, and psychometric assessments (where applicable).
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices in South Africa.
- Represent the company brand professionally across all platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).Strong understanding of the South African labour market and recruitment practices.Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn, Pnet, and job boards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple roles simultaneously.Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.Relevant qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.What We Offer
