Education :

Client Service and Member Support :
Conduct pre-retirement and post-retirement benefit counselling sessions with fund members;Assist clients with benefit claims processing and form completion;Provide financial counselling and guidance on retirement options, including annuities, lump sum withdrawals, and preservation funds;Explain tax implications and investment options to members in language they understand;Conduct member education sessions on financial products and retirement planning.Administrative and Compliance Functions :
Perform CPB (Centralised Production Bureau) screening activities, including document verification and data review;Assist with provident fund claim processing and follow-up activities;Maintain accurate records and compile reports (including Incap Reports);Conduct background checks, ID verification, and regulatory compliance checksFollow FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority) regulations and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principlesCommunication and Outreach :
Make follow-up calls to members regarding outstanding provident fund claims;Present information during pre-retirement sessions to groups of clients;Provide multilingual support to members in the mining industry;Assist with member communication and education initiativesLearning and Development :
Participate in FSCA training programs and obtain relevant certifications;Develop knowledge of financial products, retirement funds, and regulatory frameworks;Gain experience in financial coaching and benefit counselling;Support various departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
