We’re looking for a Junior–Intermediate Integration Specialist to join a collaborative IT team and help drive smooth, accurate data exchange across multiple platforms in the higher education technology space.

About the Role

As an Integration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining data integrations between internal systems (such as CRM and LMS platforms) and partner university systems. You’ll assist with troubleshooting issues, monitoring integrations, validating data, and supporting onboarding projects — all under the guidance of senior team members and external developers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new technologies, and applying analytical thinking to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Support & Data Maintenance

• Support the setup and monitoring of data integrations between internal and partner systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Perform manual data updates where automation isn’t in place.
• Log and track incidents, escalating recurring issues where necessary.
