Job Summary

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for security and identity management? We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Quest Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support, configuration, monitoring, and operational maintenance of Quest tools across our Active Directory and security landscape. Your expertise will ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and strategic identity and access management (IAM) functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Quest Active Roles :

• Manage & Support : Oversee Active Roles for delegation, provisioning, and automation in Active Directory.
• Develop & Maintain : Create and sustain workflows and policies within Active Roles.
• Troubleshoot : Resolve directory synchronization and delegation issues efficiently.
• Governance : Ensure governance and enforce least-privilege access.
