The Role : FP&A Accountant / Business Analyst

As the link between finance and operations , youll help the business make sense of performance metrics, cost drivers, and forecasting modelsall while building a career in the exciting, high-growth world of BPO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyzing operational costs , revenue performance, and KPIs
• Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards
• Partnering with business units to provide data-driven insights
• Presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management
• Supporting the development of strategic cost-saving initiatives
