A new opportunity has arisen within our client’s Financial Planning team. The Paraplanner will provide crucial technical support to a Trust Officer (Financial Advisor) and their assistant, contributing to client portfolio analysis, advisory support, and investment planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct research and analysis on client investment portfolios to support the Trust Officer and assistant.
• Prepare minutes from client meetings, records of advice, and proposal documents.
• Assist in client needs analysis and offer advisory support services.
• Generate and provide regular client reporting.
• Prepare and organize financial reviews and reports for the Trust Officer.
• Resolve client-related queries and oversee investment transaction changes.
• Coordinate closely with internal and external specialists in investment administration, marketing, and service departments.
• Oversee client service responsibilities under supervision, focusing on client retention and growth.
• Progression opportunity to manage and service existing clients over time.
