Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Lead operational teams and oversee incident resolution within defined timelines.

Drive operational excellence , ensuring systems availability, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Manage deployments, releases, and change processes while reporting on KPIs and FINOPS metrics.

Mentor graduates, foster strong team dynamics, and encourage proactive knowledge-sharing.

Provide 24 / 7 high-priority escalation support when required.

Essential Skills & Experience :

10–15 years in IT Operations with proven leadership experience .

Strong troubleshooting and operational management expertise.

Technical mastery in :

Java Spring Boot, Angular (TypeScript / JavaScript)

Kafka & MQ (JMS)

SQL (Oracle, Postgres)

AWS Cloud

Microservices, RESTful & SOAP Services

CI / CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Maven

Linux commands, IIB Servers

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and change management processes.

Qualifications :

IT Degree / Diploma (or equivalent experience).
