Sales Representative - New Business (Hybrid)

Job description35 years sales experience in logistics and / or technology , ideally ERP systems. Proven record of meeting sales targets and generating new business. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle . Strong negotiation, presentation, and selling skills. Professional, well-groomed, and confident client-facing manner. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot). Self-motivated, independent, and organised with strong prioritisation skills. Matric / Grade 12 (required). Post-matric qualification in Sales or related field (advantageous). Proven sales track record with evidence of past achievements. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Excellent time management and deal-closing ability. Adaptable, creative, and customer-focused mindset. Willingness to adopt new sales methods and stay ahead of trends. ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research and identify potential customers (with sales admin support).
- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients.
- Demonstrate sound product knowledge over time.
- Explore and develop routes to market beyond South Africa.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Travel regularly to meet clients.
