Senior Account Supervisor

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced Senior Account Supervisor to join their team, preferably with a background in the fast-food industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient operational systems, ensuring speed of service, product quality, and excellent customer experience. A strong understanding of financial management, including tax affairs, debtors, and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management, and GAAP is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process-driven systems; design and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Financial management; oversee financial affairs, including tax compliance, debtors, and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Risk management; identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Software proficiency; utilize OSR, Pastel, and IQ software systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Team leadership; assist management in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Cash flow management; monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure business sustainability.

Qualifications

Advantages

Minimum of 5-10 years experience in similar role.

Bachelor''s degree in Accounting / relevent field is an added advantage, but not necessary
