Job description
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. - Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across: - Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - LinkedIn Ads - TikTok Ads - X (Twitter) Ads - Any relevant emerging platforms - Manage full campaign lifecycle from research and audience targeting to reporting and optimisation. Paid Media & Performance Marketing - Build and optimise conversion-focused ad funnels. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. - Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page messaging. - Implement A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages. - Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other performance metrics. - Optimise campaigns daily/weekly to maximise performance and reduce wasted spend. Analytics & Reporting - Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools. - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. - Provide clear recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. - Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and conversion setup across platforms. Social Media & Digital Growth - Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling digital creatives. - Align paid campaigns with organic social strategy. - Scale campaigns based on performance data and revenue targets. SEO & Conversion Optimisation (Advantageous) - Support SEO strategy implementation. - Improve landing page conversion rates. - Work with web developers to enhance user experience and tracking accuracy. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 35+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns. - Proven experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns. - Strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion tracking. - Experience managing significant ad budgets. - Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards. - Strong analytical and reporting skills.
