Technical Sales Representative Benoni

Duties & Responsibilities

• Building sound customer relationships (ongoing).
• Technical advice and training – including presentations.
• Checking of batteries, voltages, and SG’s.
• Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts and others.
• Soliciting new customers.
• Servicing existing customers and accounts.
• Handling of customer complaints and queries (Cradle to grave).
• Management of budgets – sales and expenses.
• Meeting sales targets and deadlines.
• Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Reviewing cost and sales performance.
• Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask.
• Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress reports.
• Sell complete offering of products.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12.
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a college certificate/diploma in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication skills.
