Job description
Requirements: - Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification - Previous supervisory experience in a production, manufacturing, or plant environment - Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office - Strong understanding of SHE and quality standards - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage production teams and shift operations - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Physically fit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Customer service orientated with high working standards - Ability to train and mentor operators and production staff - Good verbal and written communication skills in English By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
