Senior Project Manager

This well-established engineering firm, based in Braamfontein, delivers large-scale projects in structural steel fabrication and solar PV infrastructure. Known for technical excellence and innovation, the company operates across commercial and industrial sectors. They're looking for a dynamic leader to drive projects and manage high-performing teams from planning through to successful, on-time delivery.

You will lead multiple projects from inception to completion managing planning, budgeting, risk, quality control, and stakeholder reporting. A key part of the role involves supervising technical teams, allocating resources, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. You'll drive team performance, enforce compliance with industry standards, and maintain a high level of communication across all project stakeholders.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

• BEng / BSc in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a Project Management qualification
• Minimum 57 years' experience managing engineering projects in solar PV and / or structural steel
• Proven staff management experience, leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of project planning tools (Microsoft Projects) and budgeting
• Valid drivers licence and ability to travel to various project sites
