About the Role
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to shape onboarding and migration processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for managing the full onboarding journey for clients and partners—ensuring efficient handovers, successful system migrations, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate onboarding and migration projects from post-sale to completion
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and operations teams
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, proactive communication
Balance project timelines while guiding clients through required steps
Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues to maintain service excellence
Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes for scalability
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within tech or a startup environment
