The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, taxation, auditing, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have experience in cross‑border financial expertise, IFRS compliance, and knowledge of international tax regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting :

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SAICA standards, and regional accounting regulations.
• Conduct variance analysis, financial forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
