Card Business Analyst

Job Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced Card Business Analyst to join a leading banking client on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking sector with specific expertise in card systems and products . This is a client-facing consulting role , so experience working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, document, and manage business requirements for card-related products and systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, IT, and operations teams to ensure effective solutions.

Conduct gap analyses, define process improvements, and support implementation of card product enhancements.

Drive workshops, facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, and produce functional specifications.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions within the card domain.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector , specifically in card products / systems .

Strong consulting background with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

Deep understanding of debit / credit card processing, issuing, acquiring, and related payment systems.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Available to start immediately .

Rate & Terms :

R650 per hour (All-Inclusive)

Contract role with potential for extension
