- Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Support group month-end close schedules, compile trial balance reconciliations, and assist with ad hoc management reporting packs.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Administration: Oversee end-to-end accounts payable disbursements and debtor collection tracking across international operating entities.
- Process Optimization & Systems Management: Collaborate with senior finance leadership to refine internal financial controls, automate workflow efficiencies, and maintain audit-ready digital archives.

- Formal Education (Non-Negotiable): A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management is essential.
- Experience Track Record: 1 to 3 years of solid, reference-backed commercial accounting experience.
- Location & Work Model: Must be Gauteng-based and fully comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Systems & Digital Competencies:
- Solid working knowledge of cloud and desktop accounting software (such as Sage, Pastel, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Specialized Industry Exposure (Advantageous): Prior accounting experience within Travel & Tourism, Destination Management (DMC), Hospitality, or Property sectors, paired with multi-entity or multi-currency exposure, is highly beneficial.
- Non-negotiables: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, high numerical accuracy, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the self-motivation needed to manage tight reporting deadlines independently.
What is on offer (Why Apply):
- Work 100% remotely for a dynamic, growing multinational travel and tourism business (Gauteng base required).
