This role focuses on sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent, including software developers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers, for a range of clients across various sectors. You will play a key role in understanding the evolving IT landscape, building a strong network of tech professionals, and ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from initial client brief to candidate placement.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including specialized IT job boards, LinkedIn, and tech communities.
• Conduct in-depth technical screening and competency-based interviews for IT roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Develop a deep understanding of different IT stacks, technologies, and industry trends.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment , either in-house or agency side.
• Proven ability to source and engage hard-to-find technical talent.
• Solid understanding of various programming languages, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
• Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn about new IT specialisms.
