About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing entity in the Crypto & Blockchain space, is looking for a specialized NFT Smart Contract Developer to join their innovative team in Sandton . This role focuses on creating, deploying, and securing smart contracts for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on various blockchain platforms. You will be at the forefront of the NFT revolution, developing unique token functionalities, managing marketplaces, and ensuring the integrity of digital collectibles and assets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of smart contract programming, a deep understanding of NFT standards (like ERC-721 and ERC-1155), and a passion for the intersection of art, culture, and technology, contributing to a vibrant digital asset ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy secure and efficient NFT smart contracts using Solidity. Implement functionalities for minting, transferring, and managing Non-Fungible Tokens according to industry standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155). Develop smart contracts for NFT marketplaces, auctions, and related functionalities. Ensure the security and scalability of smart contracts, conducting thorough testing and audits. Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate NFT functionalities into user-facing applications. Requirements Proven experience as a Smart Contract Developer with a specific focus on NFTs. Proficiency in Solidity and deep understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible blockchains. Strong knowledge of NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and best practices for their implementation. Experience with NFT marketplace development and related smart contract logic.
