Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney or equivalent legal qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Deep understanding of South African corporate laws, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong research capabilities.Proficiency in using compliance management software and digital communication tools.
