Account Manager – Network Solutions (KZN)
Location : Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary : Market-Related + Car Allowance, Fuel Card, Cell Allowance & Medical Aid
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients across KZN
- Acting as the go-to tech advisor – discussing and recommending the best solutions to suit each customer’s unique needs
- Upselling and consulting on technical products and services, backed by your hands-on knowledge
- Bridging the gap between technical implementation and client relationship management
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have
A solid background in Network Engineering or Field Support – you can “talk tech” confidentlyA natural talent for building trust and delivering solutionsExperience with :Microsoft 365, Azure, IT Security, LAN / Wireless Networks, Servers, or Endpoint Devices
Sales-focused certifications like MS-900, SC-900, or AZ-900Implementation or vendor certifications (bonus points!)Minimum Requirements
Relevant IT CertificationsAt least 2 years in a Field Technician role + 1 year in Account / Customer ManagementA reliable vehicle & valid driver’s licenseWhat’s in it for you?
