Industrial Engineer - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing production lines and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design, develop, and implement optimized processes, systems, and facility layouts.
• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational dashboards for monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering , with a strong track record of process optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, simulation software, and lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with CAD software and data visualization tools is a plus.
