About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join their expanding remote team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your sales expertise from the comfort of your home office. You will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our client's innovative solutions. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in a virtual setting. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client's footprint in the Benoni market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify leads through various digital channels and outreach strategies.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate how our client's offerings meet their needs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with remote team members and management to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist , Sales Representative, or similar role, with a strong understanding of remote sales techniques.
• Excellent virtual communication , presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other remote sales tools.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively independently.
• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
