About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Remote HR Generalist to manage HR functions remotely from Tembisa . This position is integral to supporting our distributed workforce by providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across all locations. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including employee onboarding, policy implementation, HR data management, and supporting employee relations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and foster a positive remote work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of South African labor law is advantageous.
