Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cutting-edge social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience insights.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement opportunities.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs, generating detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and audience growth.
• Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
