About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and qualified Childminder to provide exceptional childcare services in Rustenburg . This role focuses on creating a safe, stimulating, and loving home-based environment for young children. You will be responsible for their daily care, learning, and development, fostering their social, emotional, and physical growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of early childhood development principles and a passion for creating positive learning experiences within a family-like setting, potentially incorporating some flexible remote administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a home-based setting.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks for the children.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
• Manage the daily operations of the childminding service, including administrative tasks that may be handled remotely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childminding or a similar childcare role.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and secure learning environment.
• Registered or willing to register with the relevant regulatory body.
