Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize intricate travel itineraries for clients interested in exploring various regions of Africa .
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics, leveraging in-depth destination knowledge.
• Manage client inquiries, consultation calls, and correspondence efficiently and professionally via remote channels.
• Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal value.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and safety protocols relevant to African travel.
• Handle any pre- or post-travel issues, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on African destinations .
• In-depth knowledge of African geography, cultures, wildlife, and safari operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
