Remote Management Accountant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts, analyzing variances and providing explanations.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to track project costs and ensure profitability.
• Implement and refine financial systems and processes to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA(SA)) is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/financial management software.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
