About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Retail E-commerce Coordinator to contribute to their online sales strategy in Benoni . This role involves supporting the management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and engaging, and assisting with online marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing the online customer experience and driving sales through digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product listings on the e-commerce website, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, such as email marketing and social media promotions.
• Monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and generate reports on key e-commerce metrics.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery for online customers.
• Provide support for customer inquiries related to online orders and website navigation.
• Stay current with e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing support.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
