Job descriptionEffective planning of production practices Productive management of laborers Management of warehouse storage in collaboration with production manager Maintaining discipline and sound labor management practices Administration regarding industry-related audits and wages with support from office lady Computer and numeracy proficiency, embedded and not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) will strengthen the application; Good communication and people relations skills; Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines; Good phone etiquette, good team cooperation; Fully proficient in Afrikaans and English; High regard for confidentiality; Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
Our client, a leading producer in the Table Grape industry, invites experienced and dynamic candidates to apply for the position of Production Assistant . This is an opportunity to manage a Table Grape unit, somewhat cost-effectively, with a focus on optimal quality and production, under the guidance of the Production Manager.
Education and Requirements :
- Grade 12 matric certificate
- A Tertiary Education in Agriculture will be beneficial
