The incumbent will serve as the first point of contact for end users, Doctors and patients seeking technical assistance and medical information over the phone, via the Helpdesk or email.

- IT Helpdesk tickets and escalation
- Sending digital reports and support
- Computer setups and configurations
- Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Administrative skills
- Resolving basic networking issues
- Always maintaining strict confidentiality
- Ensuring that you understand the POPI Act's legislation
