IT Operations Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an IT Operations Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, is adaptable, and enjoys solving challenges in a fast-paced environment. As an IT Operations Administrator, you will manage various IT tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations within the company. You will also be responsible for managing the relevant IT assets.

On a practical level, this role involves :

• Technical Support : Supporting internal teams and end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ticket Management : Maintaining a meticulous approach to ticket management, ensuring all tickets are logged, prioritized, and resolved promptly. Identify problem areas / inefficiencies by analyzing IT ticket types and known areas of friction for our users and suggest solutions that should result in long term fixes and general improvements to workflows.
• Learning and Development : Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. This role offers opportunities to further education, particularly in Microsoft systems such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Automation : Embracing an automation mindset to streamline processes and minimize manual tasks. Utilize tools like Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Collaboration : Engage effectively with teams from different functional areas, fostering cooperation and communication to achieve common goals.
• Asset Management : Efficiently and accurately manage the assets by providing users with the best quality equipment, along with working the storeroom in an orderly fashion.
