Contract : Independent Contractor, Minimum 3-month contract with the potential for an indefinite extension

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, EST

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Social Media Designer to support our fast-paced content production. This is a crucial, full-time remote role for a creative professional who is an expert in a high-volume environment. Your portfolio and work samples matter more than anything else, and we\'ll be looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.

You will be responsible for creating, polishing, and delivering high-quality graphics for social media platforms, ensuring all designs align with existing brand guidelines. This role requires efficiency, creativity, and the ability to execute at scale with minimal supervision in a highly automated, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver 200-400 social media posts per month across multiple platforms.
• Ensure designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and optimized for each platform.
• Provide quick turnarounds (12-24 hours) on client requests and urgent asset needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members via Slack for seamless communication.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure the reusability of templates in Figma.
