Analytical Science Team Leader

An innovative company in the energetic materials industry is seeking a skilled Analytical Science Team Leader to oversee laboratory operations and drive high-quality analytical support. In this role, you'll lead a team of chemists, ensuring testing processes are accurate, efficient, and fully compliant with ISO standards. You'll collaborate across departments, troubleshoot equipment issues, and apply advanced analytical techniques such as chromatography and spectroscopy. To succeed in this role, youll need a BTech in Analytical Chemistry or a BSc in Chemistry or Material Science, along with at least five years of laboratory experience. A postgraduate qualification and prior supervisory experience will be advantageous. Flexibility to work shifts is essential.
