Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct independent validations of models across multiple domains.
• Develop and test challenger models to benchmark and enhance existing models.
• Analyse, monitor, and challenge scorecards, ensuring they are accurate, reliable, and compliant.
• Collaborate with modelling and business teams to provide technical oversight and effective challenge.
• Support sound financial decision-making, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

36 years experience in scorecard building, development, validation, and monitoring (credit risk or marketing models).

Solid understanding of the credit lifecycle.
