Model Validation Lead

In this role, you will lead independent validations across a wide range of models - from credit risk and fraud to financial optimization and marketing - while providing technical oversight, designing challenger models, and mentoring Analysts. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide subject matter expertise and oversight in the validation of machine learning and statistical models.
• Lead independent validations across multiple business areas, ensuring that regulatory and governance standards are met.
• Design and implement challenger models using advanced machine learning methods.
• Mentor and guide Analysts, supporting their skills development and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Model Developers and stakeholders, presenting findings and providing effective challenge.
• Enhance model validation methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
