Technical Success Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Success Manager who is both tech-savvy and great with customers! In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, ensure they have a smooth experience, and support them in using our product successfully. You’ll also work closely with the sales team to bridge the gap between technical and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Main focus : Pre-Sales Support : Help customers set up and test our product during the sales process.
• Potential to add more work and Onboarding & Customer Success : Guide new customers through setup, training, and ongoing support.
• Customer Support : Be the go-to person for technical questions and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Technical Skills :

Experience with network infrastructure and hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) – Must-have.

Familiarity with Linux.

Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
