We re looking for a confident and technically astute Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Product team.
This is not a typical sales engineer role.
You will be a trusted product expert and technical advisor to the sales team and prospective clients bridging the gap between need and solution through insightful demos, deep discovery, and strategic configuration .
This role is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset who thrives in high-context environments, and who is looking to apply their enterprise experience in a more agile, product-led company.

Able to context-switch effectively between demos, internal tasks, and product work.
Naturally curious keen to understand how clients operate, what problems they face, and how our product can help.
Performance Indicators Volume and quality of tailored demos delivered.
Contribution to configuration, testing, and documentation backlog.
Quality of discovery extension and influence on deal progression.
Stakeholder feedback from sales and product teams.
