Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Work Order Coordination
- Assign and manage work orders promptly to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion and closure.
- Confirm supplier completion of work and facilitate accurate work order closure.
Supplier & Stakeholder Communication
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding task progress, timelines, and expectations.Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge work orders for action.System & Invoice Support
Load and manage quotations and invoices related to maintenance activities.Liaise with Accounts Payable and General Accounts to support accurate financial processing.Assist stores with the Infraspeak system, including closing completed work orders.Requirements :
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in technical and administrative software.Minimum of a high school diplomaDiploma or advanced Certificates in supply chain management / QSR / Retail experience+Valid Driver's LicenseMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar maintenance coordination or facilities managementOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted
