Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build trust and confidence by clearly communicating the company's investment philosophy and long-term approach.
Educate clients by sharing product and fund knowledge, empowering informed investment decisions.
Manage transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and meticulous record-keeping.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing solutions to enhance client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Science, specializing in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Business Management (or related).
Less than 2 years of work experience
