RoomRaccoon was founded in 2017 by Nadja Buckenberger and Tymen Van Dyl with a mission to redefine hotel operations through our innovative all-in-one hotel management system. Our diverse team of 100 professionals, spread across 5 offices worldwide, serves over 2000 clients in Europe, the USA, and Africa. We are passionate about empowering hoteliers and enabling exceptional guest experiences through cutting-edge technology.

Departments We’re Growing

Support : Front-of-house hotel staff experience with native-level proficiency in English, Spanish / Portuguese, Dutch, German, French, or Italian.

Locations : South Africa, Lisbon, Valencia.

Success : Strong sales acumen and SaaS / strong hotel industry experience, with native-level proficiency in the same languages.

Locations : South Africa, Breda, Lisbon, Valencia.

Sales : Account Executives with strong hotel industry expertise and SDRs with exceptional cold-calling skills.

Locations : Global but must be based in your market.

Marketing : B2B specialists with experience in SaaS marketing.

Location : South Africa only.

Product : Product Managers, Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Writers with SaaS experience.

Locations : South Africa or Breda.

Engineering : PHP engineers with expertise in Vanilla PHP.

Locations : South Africa or Breda.
