Duties & Responsibilities

As a Talent Partner you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing top-tier talent within our client organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to earn based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
• Successfully match candidates with client opportunities ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
