Responsibilities :

• Hunt for Talent : Dive into diverse sourcing channels, including social media (e.g., LinkedIn), to uncover the best candidates swiftly.
• Market Mapping : Conduct market research to provide insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision-making.
• Stay Informed : Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform our recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate and Innovate : Contribute to multiple projects within our Talent Acquisition team, fostering innovation and teamwork.
• Team Player : Collaborate effectively to drive team success.

Requirements :

We offer a flexible hybrid working model with 2 days remote work per week. This role is based in our Cape Town Office.
